From Poplar Heights Living History Farm

It is with deep sorrow we announce the passing of Deborah Casolari. A Seelinger descendent and Vice-President of the Board of Directors of the Marais des Cygnes Society, she was a guiding force in the development of Poplar Heights Living History Farm.

She was a dedicated volunteer who gave generously of her time and money in helping to grow Poplar Heights.

From the very beginning in working with contractors on building restorations, planning and helping with programs, to donating materials, teaching crafts, working on grants, and so very much more, she gave it her all.

She was particularly fond of the horses and always stopped by with a treat for them. Debbie Daisy Kling Casolari will be greatly missed.
