Obituary - Johnathan Dale Callison

Johnathan Dale Callison, 28, Raytown, MO, died Thursday, August 13, 2020 at Olathe Medical Center in Olathe, KS. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 am Thursday, August 20, 2020 at the Atkinson Funeral Home in Harrisonville, MO with burial in Bakers Grove Cemetery, Lamar, MO. 

The family will receive friends 6:00-8:00 pm Wednesday, August 19, 2020 at the Atkinson Funeral Home in Harrisonville. Contributions may be made to the Lockland Callison Educational Fund, c/o/ Atkinson Funeral Home.

Johnathan was born October 21, 1991 in Lamar, MO, a son of Terry D. and Angela J. (Ramsey) Callison. He grew up in Mililani Mauka, Hawaii, where he lived for six years. He graduated from Lansing High School. He had lived in Leavenworth for two years and Raytown for the last three years. He was in the U. S. Army Reserves. Johnathan married Maria Louisa Martin on September 22, 2012 in Lakewood, CO. He had worked as the facilities manager for Town Center AMC Theaters in Leawood, KS for the past 3 ½ years.

Johnathan is survived by his wife, Maria, and their son, Lockland, of the home; his mother, Angela Lemieux and stepfather, Patrick, Kansas City, MO; his father, Terry Callison and stepmother, Deanna, Vienna, MO; two brothers, Joshua Jennings, Bonner Springs, KS and Michael Lemieux, Kansas City, MO; two sisters, Tiffany Harden (Andy, Jr.), Camdenton, MO and Lauren Callison, Vienna, MO; paternal grandmother, Shirley Callison, Lamar, MO; maternal grandfather, Bobby Ramsey, Leanardtown, MD; one niece, Jayla Jennings and four nephews, Daniel Jennings, Landon Jennings, Dawson Harden and Andy Harden, III.
