Butler Chamber Newsletter for the month of January 2021

Hello, Members, The Chamber office is on the move again. With the recent closing of the Xchanger, we needed a new office space, and Mid America Live agreed to allow the Chamber to use space in their building at 17 N. Main.

We want to thank Doug and Nancy Mager and Curtis Vail II for sharing your place of business. The Chamber truly appreciates everything you have done. It has come that time of year to renew your Chamber membership.

Watch for your renewal application in the mail, coming soon, along with the calendar of events for 2021 (see sidebar). We always want to know if anyone has any new ideas for what they would like to see the chamber do.

We are always looking for new and different events. Chamber could not exist without the support of our local businesses and we appreciate everything you all do, and continue to do, in support of the chamber.

We are still seeking two prospective members for the Chamber Board. The new board will form starting in March. We have had some wonderful members stay longer than expected on the board due to COVID-19. They have served their term, and it has come time for them to move on.

If you are interested in learning about the board and being a board member please contact our Executive Director Barbra Lawrence. We would also like to congratulate Koehn Bakery on being the January Business of the Month. Koehn Bakery is celebrating their 40th anniversary this year.

Since November of 1981 Koehn Bakery has been serving delicious baked treat since day one. Koehn Bakery is currently owned by Matt and Kim Wilhelmson.

Thank you for your support of the Chamber,
Corey Snead Chamber President
