James “Jim” Thomas Swift, age 68 of Adrian, Missouri died Monday, February 8, 2021 at his home in Adrian. He was born December 27, 1952 to John Bernard and Caroline Louise Emhoff Swift in Monett, Missouri.
Jim is survived by five brothers, Mike Swift and wife Sharon of McKinney, Texas, Bill Swift and wife Cathy of Stilwell, Oklahoma, Frank Swift and wife Linda of Garden City, Missouri, Tim Swift and Troy Simmons of Dallas, Texas and Rob Swift of Montrose, Missouri; two sisters, Donna Evans and husband Ron of Kansas City, Missouri and Rita McKenzie and husband Bob of Adrian, Missouri; a brother-in-law, John Marshall of Peculiar, Missouri; and nephews, nieces, cousins, friends and neighbors. He was preceded in death by his parents; and two sisters, Mary Fergason and Patti Marshall.
