Frozen Food Express officially welcomed today

Mo Governor Mike Parson
In a formal ceremony this morning Frozen Food Express was officially welcomed to Butler by Governor Mike Parson, Mayor Jim Henry and FFE CEO Jim Richards. Also present were other officials including Bates county commissioners Ken Mooney, Trent Nelson, Jim Wheatley and Representative Patricia Pike.

Governor Parson welcomed everyone  with assuring words that Missouri and especially Butler will serve FFE quite
well. Parson reinforced that our state not only has stayed strong throughout the pandemic,  but is one of the few states that saw growth in terms of industry and jobs over the last year. In his opinion, Missouri provides the perfect environment for businesses such as FFE.
FFE CEO Jim Richards

FFE CEO Jim Richards offered a warm thank-you to Butler noting that the facility will serve as a prime location and will eventually offer up to 100 jobs to our community. He also noted growth of FFE, now with 15 locations coast to coast and Butler as an optimum location right in the center.

After the presentations, everyone was asked to step outside for the official ribbon cutting with refreshments following. More information about the company is available here
