Rich Hill Police Department June Activity Report:

On 06/02/2021 at 1345 hrs. Officers were contacted by a male subject requesting to report a Domestic Assault. A report was taken and information was sent to the prosecutor for consideration of charges. As per our procedures the subject was checked with dispatch who advised the subject had active warrants. He was arrested in accordance to his warrants and transported to the Bates County Jail.

06/04/2021 at 0027 hrs. Officers made contact with a female subject in the 200 block of W. Chestnut street. After checking the subject with dispatch Officers were notified that the female subject had active warrants. She was then arrested in accordance to her warrant and transported to Bates County Jail for processing. transported to Bates County Jail for processing.

06/08/2021 at 2125 hrs. Officers conducted at Traffic stop near Walnut & 1st. street due to the driver failing to signal their turn. Officers made contact with a female driver regarding the stop. After checking the driver with dispatch officers were notified the driver had active warrants. The driver was then arrested and transported to Bates County Jail for processing.

06/12/2021 at1225 hrs. officers were notified of a possible enticement of a minor. Officers made contact with the suspect. He was then booked into the Bates County Jail for a 24 hr. investigative hold.

06/14/2021 at 1401 hrs. officers conducted a traffic stop near 8th and Olive for failure to signal turn. Driver contacted regarding this stop. Upon checking the male subject with dispatch Officers were informed he had active warrants. The subject was arrested and transported to Bates County Jail for processing.

06/15/2021 at 1926 hrs. Officers were notified that a male subject residing in the 1000 block of N. Chestnut St. had active warrants out of Bates County. The male subject was contacted and checked with dispatch. Officers were notified that the subject had active Bates County Warrants. He was then transported to Bates County Jail for processing.

06/22/2021 at 0704 hrs. Officers conducted a traffic stop at Walnut & 14th street for expired license plates. The subjects in the vehicle were checked with dispatch. Dispatch stated that all three subjects had active warrants from surrounding jurisdictions. Dispatch advised that only the passenger had active extraditable warrants. The subject was arrested and transported to Bates County for processing.

06/22/2021 at 1429 hrs. Officers observed a male subject in the 500 block of E. Olive St. The subject was known to officers as having active warrants from Bates County. The subject was contacted and informed about his warrants. Officer than transported him to Bates County Jail for processing.

06/24/2021 at 0745 hrs. Officers were dispatched to the 100 block of E. Maple St. regarding a physical domestic in progress. Upon arrival contact was made with a male and female subject. After investigating the incident officer believed to have probable cause arrested the male subject for Domestic Assault. The subject was transported to Bates County and placed on a 24 hr. investigative hold. A statement of probable cause was submitted to the Prosecutor.

06/24/2021 at 0931 hrs. Officers took a Burglary report from a city employee. According to the reporting party a generator with a estimated value of $600.00 was taken.

06/25/2021 at 2020 hrs. Deputies with the Bates County Sheriff's Office responded to an assault in the 200 block of E. Walnut. Subjects were identified. This incident was then turned over to Rich Hill Police Department for investigation.
