Everything came together just as planned including a bonus of ‘perfect weather’ for the annual Jubilee celebration last Saturday. Royalty was announced Saturday evening with Harley Loper crowned as Queen, Kinsley Weiss as Princess and Gabby Erickson (pictured) as Tiny Tot. Parade winners for the day included the Miami class of ‘71 as best reunion float, Tommy Hollon best classic car, best float went to Citizen’s Bank (90 years of business in Amsterdam), Addie Johnston for best horse entry. The Jubilee committee would like to thank all those who donated and helped, and next year promises to be even bigger and better.
