Nevada woman injured in Ft. Scott Kansas crash

On September 27th around 4:00pm the Ft. Scott Kansas Police along with Kansas State Highway Patrol Troopers responded to a one vehicle accident on US 54 Highway at 215th Road or the west city limits of Ft. Scott.

The Kansas State Highway Patrol says the accident occurred when the 2004 Ford Taurus driven by 80 year old Carol A. Davis of Nevada, Missouri did not stop at a stop sign and collided with a westbound 2000 Peterbilt driven by 47 year old Samuel Landrum of Derby, Kansas.

Carol A. Davis sustained serious injuries in this accident and she was transported to Via Christi Healthcare Facility in Ft. Scott for treatment.
