El Dorado Springs woman injured after striking deer in the roadway

On October 4th around 8:27am the Missouri State Highway Patrol in St. Clair County along with St. Clair County Sheriff's Deputies responded to a one vehicle accident on Missouri 82 Highway around 3 miles west of Roscoe.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol says the accident occurred when the 2020 Toyota Corolla driven by 40 year old Emma L. Copenhaver of El Dorado Springs, Missouri stuck a deer and traveled off the left side of the roadway. 

Emma L. Copenhaver sustained moderate injuries and she was transported by ambulance to Citizen's Memorial Hospital in Bolivar, Missouri for treatment.
