Adrian man killed in motorcycle accident in Vernon County

On March 20th around 4:30 p.m. the Missouri State Highway Patrol in Vernon County along with Vernon County Sheriff's Deputies responded to a motorcycle accident in the northbound lanes of I-49 around 14 miles north of Nevada.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol says the accident occurred when the 1999 Harley Davidson driven by 69 year old Charles L. Tschudi of Adrian, Missouri travelled off the left side of the roadway and struck a guardrail ejecting the driver. 

Mr. Tschudi was pronounced dead at the Nevada Reginal Medical Center at 5:34p.m. this evening. This is Troop D of the Missouri State Highway Patrol's 16th Fatality Crash of the year 2022.
