Mr. Van-Hoy was arrested on the following charges:
1.) Felony Possession of Cocaine
2.) Felony Possession of MDMA
3.) Felony Possession of LSD
4.) Felony Possession of Psilocybin Mushrooms
5.) Felony Possession of Oxycontin
6.) Felony Possession of Adderall
Mr. Van- Hoy was booked into the Bates County Jail in Butler and he was later released.
