Believe it or not, this happens more than you think. I have been called many times to old buildings, farm fields, even the occasional back yard. You can imagine in a rural county that animal bones turn up often, and you will never be laughed at for wanting to make sure.
If you do ever find bones, don't panic - just give me a call. In most cases I can quickly distinguish between human and non-human bones.
If indeed they are human, I will take over. The thing to remember is just to call and not touch anything else until I let you know. The more you know, the more you know!
