Shortly before midnight a Butler Police Officer was called to a suspicious person in the area of Pine and Lyons Street in Butler.
When the officer arrived on scene he made contact with a 28 year old Ricky Horton of Butler. After a compliance check it was shown that Mr. Horton had outstanding warrants.
Mr. Horton was arrested on 3 failure to appear in court warrants for the following charges:
1.) Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
2.) Possession of a controlled substance - Except 35 grams or less of synthetic Marijuana - Bond is $1,000 cash/surety.
3.) Violation of order of protection - Adult - 1st Offense
Ricky Horton was arrested and transported to the Bates County Jail in Butler where he is currently listed as bondable.
