Clinton School District staff gathered together for their Back to School Rally

Is there a better way to begin a new school year than with the school band, cheerleaders, community volunteers and more?!

Today, Clinton School District staff gathered together for their Back to School Rally. This was the first time since 2019 that all staff have been together to kick-off a new school year, and it was one to remember.

Thank you to the CHS band and cheerleaders who got up early this morning to welcome our staff with great music, energy and smiles. Thank you to our community volunteers who lined the sidewalks with words of encouragement, high fives and hugs.

Following breakfast, staff gathered in the Performing Arts Center for introductions of administration, new staff, board of education, years of service recognitions, and words of encouragement from Superintendent, Brian Wishard and 2021 Missouri Teacher of the Year, Darrion Cockrell.

Staff also enjoyed the many raffle prizes that were donated courtesy of: C-Squared Embroidery and Screen-printing, Schreiber Foods, State Farm Insurance, Poague, Wall, Cox and Adams, Everhart's Outdoor Supply, Papa Murphy's Pizza, Sonic and Central Methodist University.

Clinton students....we're pumped and ready for you! We can't wait to see you next Wednesday!
