With an overwhelming response from several community members who donated the funds to make this purchase possible, your Adrian Rural Fire Department has acquired, and placed in service, another piece of needed equipment that will benefit us in our efforts to combat natural cover fires that can quickly spread to structures.
This equipment provides us more tank water capacity and this pump will provide greater water volume when we are working larger fires in areas where our larger fire trucks cannot get.
Many other benefits come from such equipment, but simply put, it’s another addition to our fleet that supports our services when someone needs us.
