Welcome to Appleton City Elementary School Bos’N

Hello Bulldogs! I wanted to take a moment and introduce you to our newest staff member at Appleton City Elementary School. Bos’N (pronounced Beau-Sin) is a professional therapy dog that will be joining me in the principal’s office most days. 

Bos’N is a two year old Standard Poodle, who worked alongside me last year at Butler Elementary School. He was trained through CARES KS out of Concordia, Kansas, and the two of us completed his Public Access Test in March 2020. Bos’N will greet students as they enter the building and visit classrooms throughout the day.

As I told students this morning, his whole purpose is to make people happy. It is my hope that he will make our wonderful school an even better place to be. If you have any questions or concerns, please reach out!
