Funeral services will follow at 2:00 pm Saturday, also at the funeral home. Burial will be in Freeman Cemetery, Freeman, Missouri. Memorial contributions may be made to Ascend Hospice. Messages of condolence may be left for the family at www.mullinaxfuneralhome.com.
Doris June [ McCleary] Miller was born to William McCleary and Emma [James] Griffin in California, Missouri. She married the absolute love of her life James F Miller April 03, 1965 until his death in 2007. She worked many different jobs through the years with bus driver and foster parent being her favorites.
She touched many lives over the years with kindness, compassion and Love. Doris cared more about this world than she did herself. We know she is dancing in the heavens with our dad.
Doris was preceded in death by her parents, husband James F. Miller, daughter KaSandra (Miller) Beltz, daughter-in-law Elisha (Phalp) Miller, brother William McCleary, brother James McCleary, grandson Christopher Hasselman, grandson Darrell J. Wilson, and great-grandson Noel Vazquez.
Doris is survived by her Son James P. Miller of Butler, MO, daughter Belinda “Suzie” Miller Wilson and husband Darrell of Butler, MO., sisters, Mary Casey (Steve) of Columbus KS, Helen Lewellen of Texas, Regina Conner of Kansas City, MO, Robin Hood (Bob), Rose Khoumphonphakdy of Bradenton, FL. Brothers Buryl Griffin (Donna) of Richmond, MO., and John McCleary of Arkansas. Grandchildren, Lindsey Hernandez (Refugio Vasquez”sweetie”) of Largo, FL, John Wilson (Audrey) of Republic, MO, Hannah Hasselman (David) Butler, MO, Patrick Wilson of Butler, MO, Tina Scheerer (Cory) of Nevada, MO, and 16 great-grandchildren, along with many nieces, nephews, cousins and extended family members who will miss her.
