Clinton man injured in St. Clair County crash

On November 27th around 7:25 a.m. the Missouri State Highway Patrol in St. Clair County along with St. Clair County Sheriff's Deputies responded to a one vehicle accident on Route C around 4 miles east of Lowry City.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol says the accident occurred when the 2006 Winnebago 3500 driven 58 year old Anthony J. Taylor of Clinton, Missouri swerved to avoid a deer, traveled off the roadway and struck a rock bluff.

Mr. Taylor sustained moderate injuries and he was transported by ambulance to Golden Valley Memorial Hospital in Clinton for treatment.
