The Missouri State Highway Patrol says the accident occurred when the westbound 2003 GMC Sierra driven by 59 year old John C. Long of Drexel, Missouri traveled off the left side of the roadway, striking a fence and overturned.
John C. Long sustained serious injuries and was transported to Research Medical Center in Kansas City, Missouri for treatment.
