The Lamar Police Department was assisted by the Barton County Sheriff’s Office in locating Masters who did turn himself in at the Sheriff’s office yesterday afternoon and is currently in custody at the Barton County Jail in lieu of $10,800 cash bond.
As is the case in all arrest, the charges are based on probable cause and all persons are innocent until or unless proven guilty in court.
