On November 17th around 1:50 p.m. the Missouri State Highway Patrol in Henry County along with Henry County Sheriff's Deputies responded to a one vehicle accident on Route K at SW 400th Road in rural Montrose.The Missouri State Highway Patrol says the accident occurred when the southbound 2002 Chevrolet Silverado driven by 70 year old Anthony P. Lesmeister of Montrose, Missouri failed to negotiate a curve causing the vehicle to strike a sign, driveway and corner fence post.
Anthony P. Lesmeister sustained moderate injuries and he was transported by Golden Valley EMS to Golden Valley Memorial Hospital in Clinton for treatment.
