A memorial service will be held at 2:00 PM on Saturday, November 19, 2022 at the Vansant-Mills Chapel in Clinton, Missouri with visitation one hour prior to the service.
Memorial contributions can be made to an organization or group of your choice and can be left in care of the funeral home.
Charles was born on December 2, 1962 to Charles and Reva Avis in Harrisonville, Missouri.
Charles was a kind, gentle man and husband and would give you his shirt off his back to help you out. He enjoyed roller skating when he was growing up and was a good dancer. His hobbies were demolition derbying, four wheeling, playing pool and he loved the water, he also loved feeding the deer and goldfish.

Charles is survived by his wife Rebecca of the home, his father Charles Avis, Sr., 2 brothers, Benny and Johnny (Angie), 2 sisters, Revae (Philip), and Mona, 2 sons, Onlee and Stephen (Tiffany), 2 stepsons, Max (Renae) Belcher and Erik (Chelsey) Belcher, 7 grandchildren; Avanna, Onlee Jr, Haysel, Eli, Evan, Lana, Corbin and 4 step grandchildren; Veronica, Trinidy, Jaxson and Christian.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, his mother Reva, his sister Reda K. and step grandson Logan Belcher.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Vansant-Mills Funeral Home in Clinton, Missouri.
