Two injured after UTV crash in rural Vernon County

On November 9th around 10:50 p.m. the Missouri State Highway Patrol in Vernon County along with Vernon County Sheriff's Deputies responded to a UTV accident on Route F around 1/2 mile west of Moundville in rural Vernon County.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol says the accident occurred when the 2019 Polaris Razor driven by 25 year old Mason W. Halcomb of Nevada, Missouri traveled off the right side of the roadway and overturned.

Mr. Halcomb along with a passenger in the UTV 23 year old Trevor L. Pettibon of Nevada, Missouri both sustained injuries and both were transported to Nevada Regional Medical Center for treatment.
