The Kansas State Highway Patrol says the accident occurred when a 2022 Freightliner operated by 34 year old Jamal Merriweather of Riverdale, Georgia was northbound on U.S. 69 when he drove off the right side of the road, came back up on to the roadway and then right back off the right side of highway. The truck went into the ditch and overturned on to the passenger side.
Jamal Merriweather sustained injuries in this crash and he was transported to Miami County Medical Center for treatment.
