During the annual city of Butler holiday employee luncheon today, Mayor Jim Henry recognized Spud Welston who is retiring following 48 years of providing prompt and courteous service to the city. Following a delicious meal courtesy of the Pennell, employees enjoyed some prizes and social time as well.
