The Missouri State Highway Patrol says the accident occurred when the westbound 1999 Acura RL driven by a 17 year old female from Nevada swerved to miss a deer in the roadway, ran off the road and struck several trees.
Two occupants both 15 year old females from Nevada both sustained minor injuries and both were transported by ambulance to Nevada Regional Medical Center for treatment.
