Elizabeth Ann (Martin) Wilson was born on May 31, 1960 in Clinton, Missouri to Jonny and Carolyn (Lynch) Martin. She graduated from Clinton High School in 1978 and would later find fulfillment in the legal field. In 2021, she retired from the Henry County Prosecuting Attorney's office after more than 24 years of service.

Beth was a caring mother, grandmother, daughter, sister, and friend. She enjoyed spending time outdoors hunting, fishing, gardening, and farming. Studying local history, researching family background, and tending to her cows were some of Beth's favorite activities. She especially loved talking about cows with other local farmers and teaching her grandchildren about work on the family farm.

Beth was always looking to learn more and gain knowledge from others for the various endeavors she was involved in. Some of Beth's favorite memories were of her travels with her mom, sister, and her friends; she especially loved visiting Florida and Colorado and had wished to do more traveling. But above all, she was fondest of her grandkids and their accomplishments and adventures.

Beth is preceded in death by her father, Jonny Martin; aunt, Darlene Austin; and nephew, Christopher Martin. Survivors include her daughter Trista Himes and husband Josh (Clinton, MO); grandchildren Andrew, Kason, Jocelyn, and Emersyn Himes (Clinton, MO); her mother and stepfather Carolyn (Lynch) and Jack Page (Clinton, MO); sister Sherri Long (Clinton, MO); brother David Martin (Clinton, MO); aunt Jackie Meatty (Port Charlotte, FL); uncle Ted Austin (Chilhowee, MO); cousins Vicki Simpson (Springfield, MO) and Steven Austin (Chilhowee, MO); and several nieces.
