Mr. Horn was arrested on the following charges 1.) Felony Warrant (Possession of a controlled substance (Methamphetamine) 3.) Felony possession of a controlled substance (Un-Prescribed Clonazepam Pill) 4.) Unlawful use of drug paraphernalia.
