Wanted out of Benton County

Nicholas Scott Littlejohn, 30 of Edwards MO is wanted for questioning in relation to a series of thefts and burglaries, as well as several stolen vehicles in Benton and surrounding counties. We have reason to believe he and a couple of others are working together.

Littlejohn has been the subject of several pursuits all over Benton County. On 2/6/2023 Littlejohn fired a weapon at the pursing deputy which ended near Poorboy and Hannah Avenue in Warsaw.

Littlejohn fled on foot, law enforcement officers from Benton and Pettis County as well as tracking dogs and a drone were used in the search. The rough terrain and creek bottom did not aid us in the track. Littlejohn is no longer believed to be in the search area.

My thanks to Warsaw P.D, the Pettis County Sheriff’s Office and Sedalia P.D, for their assistance and the use of their drone and to the MSHP for their quick response. Littlejohn remains on the run and will be looking to steal another vehicle to flee the area.

Please make sure that your vehicles, garages, and homes are locked. Littlejohn should be considered armed and dangerous, if you see Littlejohn, or know of his whereabouts, please contact the Benton County Central Dispatch at 660-438-9555, law enforcement would love to visit with him.
