Rain moves in this morning.. Cool temps continue

Drizzle and light rain is moving in this morning and should exit to the east by late morning/early afternoon. Some snow may mix in near the Missouri/Iowa border, but little to no accumulation is expected. Clouds and chilly temperatures continue.
