Update: Driver charged in fatality accident that killed 3 year old girl in Cass County

The driver of the fatality motor vehicle accident that occurred yesterday in Cass County was arrested by the Missouri State Highway Patrol.

The woman who is the driver was identified as 65 year old Sarah P. Hollister of Brinkley, Arkansas was arrested for the following charges:

1.) Felony Child Endangered
2.) Felony driving while intoxicated - drugs.

Sarah P. Hollister was released to receive medical treatment for her injuries from the accident. The 3 year old child was not wearing a seatbelt and was ejected from this vehicle and was killed.
